Hudson took his first dip in the pool today and loved it! It was the highlight of a somewhat trying afternoon with the little guy in a routine that went like this... exhibit obvious signs of being tired, fuss during attempt to put him down for a nap, finally fall asleep in [crib/bouncy seat/bassinet], wake up 5-15 minutes later, scream bloody murder, repeat. He even fell asleep in his car seat on the way to the pool and slept for a few minutes there before deciding to check things out.
Once in the pool, he seemed to love the water and even relaxed enough to start to dose off in Suzanne's arms. And his favorite part was getting dried off by his Nonna afterwards. Thanks to Nonna and Ashley for helping out!
