The Younger parents' new tactic to get Hudson to nap again is to simply wear him out until he willingly accepts them. Today he almost bit! He spent the morning playing at his Nonna's house, made a run to Lowe's with his Daddy and then chased him around the yard "helping" spread grass seed, shopped for a new carseat, got a haircut, and then "helped" his Mommy make dinner. Although he wouldn't nap, he did ask for cuddle time around 5pm, and was sacked out for the night by 7:10pm. Maybe tomorrow!
Celia's news is that she's finally figured out how to get solid foods in her mouth and not simply all over her face. This made her so happy that she SHRIEKED for more between spoonfuls. Tonight she also attempted to drink a bit of water out of a sippy cup. It was unclear if she actually consumed any, but she quickly figured out the gist of things...
