The Youngers had an epic adventure today to Parc national des Îles-de-Boucherville, an island in the St. Lawrence River just outside Montreal. The cycling route included crossing several large bridges (equipped with divided bike lanes), a lap around a Formula One racetrack, and riding on islands that were home to the Expo 67 World's Fair. This was topped off by ferry rides to and from the park.
Hudson was very sweet in the Burley trailer and let Celia rest her head on his shoulder while she napped. For this he was rewarded with a fudgesicle.
Once back in Montreal, the Youngers walked to Amelio's Pizza for dinner. Hudson was in a panic about the slight drizzle and insisted on keeping up his umbrella even when the rain stopped. Thankfully, his Mommy and Daddy got to fill up on scrumptious pizza to take their minds off the umbrella chaos. Here's to sun tomorrow!
