What a crazy couple of days for the Youngers! After thinking they were in the clear from Hudson's stomach bug, it took casualties one by one between Christmas Eve and Christmas Day... first Daddy, then Mommy, then Celia. (This all on top of the icky head cold the whole family has, and the flu Mommy is getting over.) Yesterday was a long and somewhat painful drive back to North Carolina, but with the big storm heading for the Northeast, it was time to get out of Dodge. Today Hudson felt fine, while Celia slowly got her strength back. She was able to eat lunch and dinner and was barking orders (as usual) by bedtime. Hopefully tomorrow will be even better.
Many thanks to Gramzi, Grandpa, and Uncle Howard for the visit, especially taking care of everyone and not being afraid of the germ risk. We hope you all stay healthy!!!
