March had its ups and downs for Hudson and Celia. Ups included a visit from Gramzi and Grandpa, Hudson's 5th birthday rocket launch party, Celebrating Families weeks at preschool, Daddy finally getting his trains down from the attic (and starting to build a train table), family dog walks, celebrating Passover with friends, the arrival of Spring, and Easter. There was just one down, but it was a doozy - another bout of the norovirus. Yuck!
Hudson is registered for Kindergarten and talks all the time about his plans for world domination now that he's 5 years old and a big kid. He's showing interest in learning how to read, gobbling up scientific facts, and building "machines" with whatever materials he can get his hands on (often to the chagrin of his parents). Celia rarely pauses between words to take a breath, loves to dance and sing, mimics everything her big brother does, and has a flair for the dramatic. She asks for chai tea on a regular basis because she (in a whisper) "lost my voice." She also has no trouble holding her own with the big kids. Watch out world!
