Today marked Celia's birthday and the conclusion of her 4-day extravaganza. She spent the morning with her Mommy doing one of her favorite things (taking a walk with the doggies) and then going shopping for her first pair of shoes.
For dinner, the Youngers headed to one of Hudson and Celia's favorite restaurants - Pulcinella's. Celia did not cry when Happy Birthday was sung to her this time (yay!), but strangely refused one of her favorite desserts (panna cotta). Maybe it's the candle that throws her?
Birthday dessert issues aside, the last few days capped off a wonderful first year. Celia is so much fun to be around and so very sweet - we all feel incredibly lucky to have her in our lives!
