Celia received her second round of Happy Birthday this morning at her party at Duke Park. Thankfully, she was less alarmed this time and seemed to even enjoy it. Still, she eschewed her cupcake for cantelope. As her Mommy likes to tell Hudson, "Celia is her own woman!" Lots more photos of her big event are here.
