The intrepid travelers had another bit of excitement at Mount Ranier National Park today... snow!
With the gorgeous weather on the drive into the park (which even allowed a view of the mountain), it was a bit surprising to find the planned hike on Naches Loop Trail covered in snow. Hudson and Celia thought it was pretty cool, though.
After attempting some hiking and realizing they were getting nowhere fast, the grownups decided to relocate to another location. While not as exciting, the kids did get to see lots of climbers coming down from the mountain. Cool!
