The Youngers aren't Black Friday shoppers, so they took advantage of the mild weather and headed off for a day at the North Carolina Zoo.
While Celia most enjoyed seeing all the animals, the Garden Friends playground was Hudson's favorite activity. Riding the carousel was a close second for Celia, though!
It was a great day for getting close to the animals. These elk eventually wandered right up to the kids...
... and Celia had a close encounter with this chimp. Just after her Mommy took the photo, the chimp turned around and looked right at her!
The zebras and giraffes were also noshing close to where the kids could see them. It wasn't quite as close as the time they got to feed the giraffes, but it was still very cool!
