The day started slowly for the Youngers, with Mommy attempting to bake low-fat buttermilk biscuits. They turned out the consistency of hockey pucks; clearly, some things need their fat. Thankfully, the house was stocked with snacks, including Celia's favorite cheese.
In the afternoon, Nonna joined the gang to watch Hudson in his first soccer game of the season. He was mildly interested in chasing the ball, and super interested in cheering for his Teal Scorpions. Definitely progress from when he was playing with the grass a year ago! Note Daddy got to assistant coach for part of the game... we suspect he will be recruited again!
