Yummy! Hudson loooved the sweet potato pancakes his Mommy shared during breakfast at Elmo's Diner. The pancakes were a concession for making the little guy wait an hour later than usual to eat his first solid food of the day. Hopefully switching his meals over to EST will help with the transition from daylight savings time. We'll see!

Breakfast of Champions
Yummy! Hudson loooved the sweet potato pancakes his Mommy shared during breakfast at Elmo's Diner. The pancakes were a concession for making the little guy wait an hour later than usual to eat his first solid food of the day. Hopefully switching his meals over to EST will help with the transition from daylight savings time. We'll see!
