The Youngers spent a quiet Christmas in the neighborhood. Hudson played at Nonna's house for a while, Celia took three long naps, Daddy built a fire, and Mommy made ribollita (Italian bread soup) for dinner. Snow just started falling and everyone is wondering how much will be on the ground in the morning. The Youngers are excited for snow, but also want to get to see Uncle Howard who made a surprise trip to North Carolina yesterday and is house-sitting for friends 45 minutes away.
