Museum of Natural Sciences

The Youngers took refuge from today's rain at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences in Raleigh. Hudson was appropriately awed by the large acrocanthosaurus skeleton on display. He also enjoyed all the tanks and other exhibits right at his eye level. The most fun for the little guy, however, was the opportunity to say "hi" and wave to other museum visitors. That's our little extrovert!

More photos from today's visit are here. We hope you are all warm and dry!

I have two name suggestions for the monkey. The first is "Joe" in honor of "Mighty Joe Young" who won the hearts of film affectionados. The second suggestion is "Abba" the big baboon who one night in June he married his mate and very soon they went on a abba dabba honeymoon.
