With Hudson's Daddy spending the day training for his Mount Mitchell ride up in the NC foothills, his Mommy decided they should do some cycling themselves. She gathered up some friends and repeated the steps for the little guy's perfect Saturday... a bike ride to the Farmer's Market and then breakfast at Elmo's. Strawberry pancakes - yum!!!
