Of Strawberries and Chocolate

Hudson and Celia (with the greatest of assistance from their Daddy) treated their Mommy to a day filled with some of her most favorite things - strawberries, pizza, and chocolate. They spent the afternoon picking strawberries and picnicking with Max and his family at Vollmer Farm, then hosted this month's pizza night with the Beebes and Figges.

The pizza night daddies surprised the mommies with a gigantic chocolate cake and gift certificates to all go to a day spa together.  Yay!  Then… Celia surprised everyone by plunging into her Mommy’s cake (at which point her Mommy decided Celia was already covered in strawberry juice and just let her at it). 

And, Hudson surprised everyone by borrowing Coen’s “big boy” bike and riding it with some help from the daddies.  (He’s already asked when he can have a pedal bike of his own.)  What an awesome day!  Lots more pix here.
